Jeffrey A. Hunt D.O., R.V.S., R.V.P.I. is the Medical Director of Vein & Cosmetic Center of Tampa Bay, serving Tampa Bay and St. Petersburg, Florida. He specializes in the non-surgical treatment of venous disease as well as medical esthetics and Bio-identical Hormone Optimization Therapy. Since 1991, Jeffrey A. Hunt D.O., R.V.S., R.V.P.I. has led our team of experienced professionals in providing the highest level of care for our patients. He is a Registered Vascular Specialist and a Diplomat of the American Board of Venous and Lymphatic Medicine. His extensive training includes working with the founder of the American College of Phlebology. Dr. Jeffrey A. Hunt has performed more than 150,000 nonsurgical vein treatments since 1991 and uses the advanced methods of ultrasound-guided foam sclerotherapy and TVS Endolaser™ for the treatment of varicose veins.
He is a pioneer in the treatment of venous disease and is among the first physicians in the nation to earn a new certification from the American Board of Phlebology (ABPh) for vein treatment. He also conducted FDA clinical trials to bring intense pulsed light, hair removal, and laser skin resurfacing treatments to the United States. His commitment to researching the newest medical technology and offering only the most effective and safest treatments ensures his patients receive the highest standard of care available.

Jeffrey A. Hunt D.O., R.V.S., R.V.P.I. earned his medical degree at West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine. His post-doctoral training included a three-year family practice residency at Cuyahoga Falls General Hospital in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio. He then developed and maintained a successful Family and Sclerotherapy practice in Akron, Ohio for seven years before relocating with his family to Tampa, Florida. Since 1991 he has been offering the most advanced vein treatments in Tampa.
In response to the rising interest in cosmetic rejuvenation treatments, Jeffrey A. Hunt D.O., R.V.S., R.V.P.I. began offering laser remedies for skin resurfacing and pigmentation disorders, the latest dermal fillers to correct volume loss, and a wide array of other services to help people restore their healthy, youthful appearance. As medical director of Vein & Cosmetic Center of Tampa Bay, he is dedicated to providing cutting-edge technology to enable dramatic patient transformations.
