Harmony® Pixel is kind of unique instrument. It is a true erbium resurfacing laser but it does it through little
tiny micro spots leaving surrounding skin untouched, so it takes several treatments to resurface the face but you
do not have any downtime with this. The interesting part about the pixel laser is that even though it is a very
deep resurfacing laser, you do not require any numbing cream. It is essentially painless. We use a combination of
lasers. We do not charge extra for it but we do pulsed light along with these fractional resurfacing lasers that
way we blanket the entire surface of the skin for superficial pathology and then we do the deep resurfacing with
these pixel laden lasers on top of the IPL or pulsed
light.
