Dr. Jeffrey A. Hunt, D.O., R.V.S. is the Medical Director of Vein & Cosmetic Center of Tampa Bay, serving Tampa Bay and St. Petersburg, Florida. He specializes in the non-surgical treatment of venous disease as well as medical esthetics. Since 1991, Dr. Hunt has led our team of experienced professionals in providing the highest level of care for our patients. Dr. Hunt, is board-certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians and is a Diplomate of the Osteopathic National Boards as well as the Flex Exam. His extensive training includes working with the founder of the American College of Phlebology. Dr. Jeffrey A. Hunt, D.O., R.V.S. has performed more than 115,000 nonsurgical vein treatments since 1991 and uses the advanced methods of ultrasound guided foam sclerotherapy and CoolTouch Endolaser™ for the treatment of varicose veins. He is a pioneer in the treatment of venous disease and is among the first physicians in the nation to earn a new certification from the American Board of Phlebology (ABPh) for vein treatment. He also conducted FDA clinical trials to bring intense pulsed light sources to the United States. Dr. Jeffrey A. Hunt, D.O., R.V.S. earned his medical degree at West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine. His post-doctoral training included a three-year family practice residency at Cuyahoga Falls General Hospital in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio. He then developed and maintained a successful Family and Sclerotherapy practice in Akron, Ohio for seven years before relocating with his family to Tampa, Florida. Since 1991 he has been offering the most advanced vein treatments in his office located at 3001 Rocky Point Drive in Tampa, Florida (with convenient access to Clearwater, St. Petersburg, and the Tampa airport).

In response to the rising interest in cosmetic rejuvenation treatments, Dr. Hunt began offering laser remedies for resurfacing and pigmentation disorders, the latest fillers to correct volume loss, and a wide array of other services to help people restore their healthy, youthful appearance.
